This is a beginner’s guide to learning SAS programming. You can learn all the basic functions and programming using SAS from the start. I assume you have installed SAS programming on your Windows / OS X / Linux. If not, you can find out more about how to download and install SAS software for free – SAS University Edition.
If you are new to SAS and required sample data to practice, you can get it from SAS website:
- Go to https://support.sas.com/publishing/cert/sampdata.txt
- Save it in text file so you can access it from your folder later on
- Or you can just copy and paste one of the sample dataset to use & run it on the programming window.
